Centrealoil--Reinjection water fracturing fluid
In the development of oil field water injection, the produced water obtained after the produced liquid treatment has limited usable range because of higher salinity except for reinjection. For the lack of water resources and the residual liquid discharged strictly area, the rational use of water injection can improve the utilization of water resources. The reinjection water has higher salinity, equivalent to formation water. The produced water is used as fracturing fluid with liquid water in the transformation of the same reservoir, working fluid in the ion balance state in the reservoir, can reduce the reservoir of clay swelling and water sensitivity damage. But the high salinity water injection on the conventional fracturing has the following effects: plant gum fracturing fluid in the reinjection water is difficult to swell, and fail to crosslink and proppant-carrying. The salt-tolerate and shear-tolerate properties of polymer fracturing fluid are poor, and it is difficult to break. Ii will reduce the crosslinking CMC of clean fracturing fluid, easy to divide into layer and precipitate.
Based on the characteristics of salinity of fracturing fluid, our company has developed a variety of cyclotron mosaic type small molecule surfactant, which is resistance to high salinity, and the reinjection water fracturing fluid system has formed. The system can rapidly swelling in the high salinity, no separation and precipitation. High salinity has large positive effects on the temperature-tolerate property of system. The system has good shear-tolerate property, can be broken completely when encountering oil, little damage to the fracture conductivity, especially suitable for serious water sensitivity damage reservoir fracturing. The technology in the domestic oil field's applications are more than 20 well times and has obvious yield-increasing effect.
