 Centrealoil--Recycled linear gel fracturing fluid

In view of fracturing fluid in the medium-high temperature (90~130℃) reservoir development for oil and gas fields, which has disadvantages of water conservation and environmental protection, combined with guar gum fracturing fluid system has the problem of complex recovery process, high cost and low efficiency, On the basis of the recycled clean fracturing fluid, our company has developed the reversible crosslinked environmental linear gel thickener. The thickener is degradable and little pollution to environment, our company has also developed degradable glucoside surfactant as its matching additives, and then has formed the recycled linear gel fracturing fluid system.

Compared with the recycled clean fracturing fluid, the recycled linear gel fracturing fluid system has greatly improved on the heat resistance. The system can meet the needs of 160℃temperature resistance capacity. Multiple recovery liquid system still can meet the needs of 130℃temperature resistance capacity. The system has unique features of reversible crosslinked, can achieve the function of flowback fluid can be recycled and reused, at the same time it has strong suspended sand performance and no water insoluble substance. The system can be broken completely and no residue after gel breaking, the damage to reservoir is low and no harm to fracture conductivity, it can meet the requirements of medium-high temperature (witnin130℃) reservoir reconstruction. In the process of fluid preparation and operation, the whole system is same as guar gum fracturing fluid without special equipment. For the lack of water resources and the residual liquid discharged strictly area, the system can realize that improves the water utilization ratio and zero emission standards. The technology has remarkable effects on water conservation, emission reduction and increase production.
