 Centrealoil--High temperature seawater fracturing fluid

With the development of offshore oil and gas exploration and development, the proportion of low porosity and low permeability reservoir was gradually increased. In the offshore oil and gas field development has gradually introduced production stimulation measures such as hydraulic fracturing. At present, the working fluid system for offshore oil field fracturing is overland common freshwater fracturing fluid system. When the offshore platform freshwater fracturing operations, the transportation cost from the land is high, so the uncertainty is strong. The cost of platform purification is high, and the speed of it is slow, then affect on-site construction. Therefore, preparing fracture fluid using the seawater is suitable choice for offshore oil and gas field fracturing.

The sea water is a more complex water system, mainly reflected in the high salinity, complex composition, more saprophytic organic matter, it is greatly restricted the swelling and heat resistance of conventional thickener. The sea with high salinity in alkaline environment will change as precipitation, increasing reservoir damage. According to the above characteristics, our company independently developed salt-tolerant thickener, crosslinking agent and effective chelating agent, to form a kind of high temperature water base fracturing fluid technology. The thickener can fast swelling in seawater, can form a network gel with crosslinking agent, and is achieved that the seawater is directly prepared fracturing fluid. The system has the characteristics of good heat resistance (155℃) performance, low friction and water insoluble substance, less residue, gel breaking thoroughly, at the same time can inhibit the precipitation capacity of metal ion in sea water, reduce the damage of the fracturing fluids to the reservoir.

Characteristics:

①Using the seawater is directly prepared fracturing fluid, save the cost, reduce the construction risk,                         guaranteeing timely implementation of offshore oil field fracturing stimulation.

②The system has good viscoelasticity and proppant-carrying capacity.

③The system has less residue, gel breaking thoroughly, little influence on fracture conductivity.

④The system has low water insoluble substance, inhibit metal ion precipitation in sea water, reduce reservoir             damage.

⑤The system has low friction, reduce the loss of equipment hydraulic horsepower, conducive to on-site                      construction.

⑥The system can meet the demand of sea oil and gas reservoir transformation(witnin150℃).
